Ich freue mich, dass es Christoph und mir gelungen ist, unsere liebe CI Freundin Kabiro Eva Scheller nach Österreich einzuladen, um hier in einem gemütlichen runden Strohlehmhaus in Dörfles / Niederösterreich nahe Wien eine Weiterbildung in „Lomi Lomi Tempelstil“ anzubieten, einer Hawaiianischen Körperkunst mit Massage und Körperarbeit, welche wir für euch organisieren.

Ein Fest für Körper, Geist und Seele
Durch fließende Streichungen in unterschiedlicher Gewebstiefe werden Körper, Geist und Seele erinnert und eingeladen Verspannungen und Blockaden loszulassen und somit mehr Freiheit und Freude zu erfahren.

Trainingsinhalte

Bodyexploration
Körperübungen, Stretching, Atem, tänzerisches warm up für die eigene Flexibilität, Beweglichkeit auf körperlicher u. geistiger Ebene und die Umsetzung am Massagetisch. Erkennen der eigenen Körper- bzw. geistigen Strukturen.
Flying „The flight of the navigator“
Bewegungsschule der hawaiianischen Navigatoren, die Sinne, Wahrnehmung, Ausdauer u. Koordination schult und das Fundament des “Backstrokes” bei der Massage darstellt.
Massage
Ökonomie & Bewegung von Mana (Lebensenergie) u. damit präsent sein mit der Person auf dem Massagetisch. “Lesen des Skripts” in Respekt, Liebe, Absichtslosigkeit durch fließende u. kreisende Bewegung der Hände und Unterarme in unterschiedlicher Gewebetiefe. Dadurch werden Verspannungen und Blockaden gelöst, Lebenskraft zum Strömen gebracht und „EinsSein“ wieder ins Bewusstsein gerufen.

I’m glad that Christoph and I have succeeded in inviting our dear friend Kabiro Eva Scheller to Austria for a Lomi Lomi “Temple Style” training. This training in Hawaiian body art, including massage and body work, will take place in a cosy, round straw- and mud-walled house in Dörfles/ Lower Austria, close to Vienna.

The art of massage has its origins in the temples of Hawaii, where it has been used for support in decision-making and as a ritual of transition, passed on by wise priests, the Kahunas. They saw the body as a source of infinite energy and, consequently, as a direct medium for personal transformation.

Today, this massage ritual is a dynamic, profound form of bodywork that is accompanied and sustained by rhythmic music. The practitioner is constantly in dancing motion.

A Celebration fo body, mind and soul

Through the use of fluent strokes, applied to various depths of the tissue, body, mind and soul can remember and are invited to release tensions and blockages and thus experience more freedom and joy.

Contents

Body exploration
Physical exercises, stretching, breath, dance warm-up for your own flexibility, mobility on a physical and mental level, and application at the massage table. Recognising your personal physical and mental structures.
Flying „The flight of the navigator“
Movement education of the Hawaiian navigators which trains the senses, perception, endurance and coordination and builds the foundation for the massage’s “backstrokes” .
Massage
Economy and movement of Manas (life energy), thus being present with the person lying on the massage table. “Reading the script” with respect, love, and freedom from intention, using flowing, circling movements of the hands and lower arms in various depths of the tissue. Tensions and blockages get released and life energy can run its course again. “Oneness“, „being one“ is recalled into consciousness.
Back and front side
Different techniques used on the back, the arms, legs, chest, belly, neck, and face.
Huna principles & Ho`oponopono
