This training in Hawaiian body art, including massage and body work, will take place in a cosy, round straw- and mud-walled house in D\u00f6rfles\/ Lower Austria, close to Vienna.<\/span><\/p>\n The art of massage has its origins in the temples of Hawaii, where it has been used for support in decision-making and as a ritual of transition, passed on by wise priests, the Kahunas. They saw the body as a source of infinite energy and, consequently, as a direct medium for personal transformation.<\/span><\/p>\n Today, this massage ritual is a dynamic, profound form of bodywork that is accompanied and sustained by rhythmic music. \nK\u00f6rper\u00fcbungen, Stretching, Atem, t\u00e4nzerisches warm up f\u00fcr die eigene Flexibilit\u00e4t, Beweglichkeit auf k\u00f6rperlicher u. geistiger Ebene und die Umsetzung am Massagetisch. Erkennen der eigenen K\u00f6rper- bzw. geistigen Strukturen.

\nBewegungsschule der hawaiianischen Navigatoren, die Sinne, Wahrnehmung, Ausdauer u. Koordination schult und das Fundament des \u201cBackstrokes\u201d bei der Massage darstellt.
\nMassage<\/strong>
\n\u00d6konomie & Bewegung von Mana (Lebensenergie) u. damit pr\u00e4sent sein mit der Person auf dem Massagetisch. \u201cLesen des Skripts\u201d in Respekt, Liebe, Absichtslosigkeit durch flie\u00dfende u. kreisende Bewegung der H\u00e4nde und Unterarme in unterschiedlicher Gewebetiefe. Dadurch werden Verspannungen und Blockaden gel\u00f6st, Lebenskraft zum Str\u00f6men gebracht und \u201eEinsSein\u201c wieder ins Bewusstsein gerufen.
